My Photos

Over the years, travelling through many countries and cultures has taught me that we understand the world not only through what we study, but through what we quietly observe along the way.

Most of these photographs were taken by me, with some kindly shared by friends. They are moments that caught my attention: people and their everyday lives, machines shaped by human ingenuity, animals, flowers, landscapes and those small details we so easily pass without noticing.

For me, photography is another way of listening. When we look without immediately judging, explaining or comparing, we sometimes begin to see more. A face, an old machine, a flower beside the road or an ordinary moment in a distant country can tell its own story if we allow it to do so.

Perhaps this is also something of WúWéi 無為: not forcing meaning upon what we see, but allowing the moment to reveal itself.

These photographs are therefore more than memories of places I have visited. They are fragments of a lifelong journey of curiosity and understanding, a reminder that our world is extraordinarily diverse, yet that beneath its many differences we remain deeply connected.
